Some of the lace-up options are certainly cute, but you do know that those laces are the devil’s own, right? They get loose, they come undone, and your cat is going to steal one and hide it under the bed.

Oh Source of All That is Unholy! How could that tall “gladiator” sandal look like anything but a sausage wrap on even the thinnest of legs? And all these styles simply scream “Fast Fashion.” Mercifully, they will all disappear in a year. But think of the landfill and the ecological disaster as well as fashion disaster in the meantime.
Ugh. Terrible. Also a bit… inappropriately bondage-y, no?
That first pair of gladiator knee-sandals would the ones I’d avoid getting behind in the TSA screening line at the airport! gak!
