I have to love the floor-length voodoo priestess dominatrix option for the women, and I genuinely and seriously do like th mid-calf version. I think.
The clunky shoes worn with the longer dresses are all fabulous. Where can I get some?

These photos are nothing short of hilarious. I’ve seen better fit on the paper dolls I played with 50+ years ago.
I think it’s great to see something different from the usual dull, boring, and more often than not ill-fitting clergy blouses and skirts currently available.
I’m working on losing a bit of weight just now, but in a month or so I’ll contact this company and see what they can do for me. I’d like the knee length dress but with 3/4 length sleeves.
I went to their website and checked out the collection and was generally impressed. Although I agree, the photos are kind of ridiculous, further down on the page there are a few sketched of other clergy dress styles (like with blazers) that look stylish, professional and polished.
Glad to know about them (although perhaps they should ask actual clergywomen to model?)!
Not so crazy about the Jedi knight look for men, but I LOVE the colors with the ruching and the basic dress with the shawl collar jacket! And the shipping’s probably an arm and a leg, but the basic prices seem very reasonable!
Ugh. Maybe the knee length with a structured jacket, maybe. Those models are all so thin, it makes it look like the cuts would not be forgiving on anyone with a little extra padding. This is why I love albs, they hide so many sins.
No, the men’s robes are not Jedi-ish. You’d need a franciscan-benedictine combination to go Jedi.

I am all for a dedicated clothing line, but, this seems to borrow an aesthetic from the wicked witch of the west. Hopefully it is only a starting point!
Well, this link has inspired me to track down a local dressmaker and enquire about having clergy garments custom made for me! My next task is to find photos and/or patterns for what I have in mind to show her and we’ll take it from there.
I’m fed up paying a lot for clerical blouses which I never really find comfortable as I don’t normally wear blouses anyway. I wear a cassock and stole for leading worship so it’s a matter of finding something I’m happy and at ease in for visits, meetings, school chaplaincy and generally being a visible presence in the parish.
The men’s pinstripe robe is disturbing to the eye. Both hefty guys and bean poles should beware that garment. But I think I had previously seen things like the other men’s robes in African American churches where the preachers robe.
The long women’s clergy dress reminds me of Morticia Adams.
The longer dresses make me want to say, “Hello, I am Rev. Cruella Deville at your service…nice dog you have there…” [Seriously. Or, like, “I charge $600 by the hour, and if you want your wife to watch while I spank you, it’s extra.” – PB]
The model reminds me of Angelina Jolie at the Oscars…except that she’s thrusting out the wrong leg.

Note that the cruella deVille dresses are gone, but … I’m not so sure about those blouses that replaced them. They seem … fussy, to me. Peplums? Really? That top looks terribly unflattering on the model, though kudos for not going with a professional model for that one. The others … the flowy style looks terribly impractical in any color. The one with the blousy sleeves, hm. Maybe the style would be fine if it was in the traditional color (i.e. black and gray) to tone it down and make it more in line with “this is my uniform for my profession and how I identify myself as a minister” and less “ooh shiny isn’t this a cute top!”
