This is just a taste of what’s on that site. It all reminds me of Whitney Houston in “The Preacher’s Wife” and that makes me a little sad. But oh, how I bow to the church ladies tradition here:
Frumpy women of America, study and learn. Not necessarily the clothing — okay, I understand that’s not your church-going culture. But the pride, the beauty, the attitude, the poise!
Oh my God, I’m about to throw my hands in the air and shout “COME ON!!” church-style. Problem is, I’m at a suburban Starbucks surrounded by very white people and I don’t think any good can come of it.

ah yes….First Lady/Church Mother clothes!! Happy happy joy joy!! I love it!! And miss seeing it when I’m around liberal church folk. Just imagine how much more fun people would have if they dressed the part for church.
btw….have you seen the Ashro website? We (my mother and I) get the catalog, and it looks much like this. And it even has my favorite thing in all the world….wigs!
