Very good! Not as outrageous or witty as some clergy fashion commentators I could mention, but methinks he’s going for a different audience. His sports analogies, down homey-ness, and “clothed in Christ” mantras will probably get some of his more reluctant male viewers to come along. Bold, too – he STARTS with Spanx.

EY is a “big deal” down here in Dallas/Fort Worth. He’s the leader of a local multi-site megachurch, and the son of a megachurch pastor in Houston. He’s known for many things, including putting a bed on top of his church building and talking about sex (marital, of course). My sense is that your audiences don’t exactly overlap. At least, I won’t be spending nearly as much time over there as I do over here. Thanks for being you!

He may have done a search or not, but since he seems to be focusing on a different demographic, it’s all good IMHO.
