Spray N Wash Stain Stick Renamed

Thanks to helpful, alert pigeons Jackie and Sarah who alerted me to the fact that my favorite stain remover, Spray N’ Wash Stain Stick, has a new name. I did a google search and found that, in fact, that is absotootly correct!

The new product is called MAGICAL SPRAY N’ WASH OH MY GOD IT’S SUPER FAB AND GETS OUT OLD COFFEE STAINS AND EVERYTHING RESOLVE or something like that. You can read the full report here. I can’t keep up with these products that have six words in their names.

Here’s a visual if you want to snap it off the shelves. This stuff really is fantastic. When I get some back in my laundry room I’m gonna kick all those other competing stain removers to the curb. Nothing works as well as this.

    Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!!!! I am so very excited – I have been looking for my favorite stain stick for a couple of years. It really is magic! I especially like that I can treat a stain, toss the garmet in the laundry and wash later in the week. Otherwise, I tend to forget about the stain and the garmet gets washed untreated. And the stuff lasts forever – my last stick lasted a couple of years, and that with two kids and a very sloppy me!

    I feel a trip to the store coming on!!!

    A couple of my stain removal tips – FYI – Since I’ve had to improvise in the last couple of years, another thing I’ve found that works (but not as good) is the Tide-to-go. Treat the stain, let dry and toss in the laundry. The stain will come out better than if you just treat the stain right before putting it in the washer. Also, if you can remember check before drying the garmet, and see if the stain came out in the wash. If not, treat and wash again before drying. We use the Oxyclean wash additive, and it’s pretty good at getting out stains (but again not as good as the stain stick – it really is magic).

  3. if one does not have magical stain remover stick on hand, cold water and a bit of Dawn dish soap rubbed in well works on most things, especially food stains.
