Noisy Boots

November 30, 2007 on 5:47 pm | In Shoes (Gals), Shoes (Guys) |

I forgot to say the other day that a cobbler can probably put a rubber sole of some sort on loud, clacky boots to make them a quieter ride.

That is all. Because someone asked.

Kiss of peace, PB

  1. I noticed how noisy boots are last Wednesday - walking in boots next to another woman in boots - we sounded like a herd!

Any good short ‘do advice? I’m tired of the bob but can’t find anything better that doesn’t look 2003 or helmet head-ish?

  2. My cobbler insists on putting rubber soles on anything I bring him.

  3. Ah, I had to make a trip to the cobbler anyway. It’s time to get a bunch of shoes re-soled. Looks like I’ll be walking on the man with my entire shoe wardrobe! Thanks for the tip!

You also remind me that I’m due for a hair trim. And I’m in a new town and I’m afraid of new stylists!
