Today is a fairly quiet day. I’m doing things like planning February worship (and realized that there’s a Sunday at the tail end of January that I hadn’t factored into my planning AT ALL!), wearing an officially silly hairstyle and drinking a tall glass of water.
That was a one-two punch, huh, kids? Christmas Eve so late in the week, then BAM, December 27th? Remember that next year we get the old Christmas-falling-on-Sunday situation. I really feel for pastors who have kids who can’t wait to open presents and do the Santa Claus fun ’til later in the day. I really do. I would lead services for you if I could, and I hope you’ll think about lining someone up now.
I gave myself a facial masque this morning because skin care requires exfoliation, and I cannot and will not use any kind of facial scrub, no matter how “gentle” they purport to be. I used a fairly strong alpha hydroxy product, left it on for five minutes (it is recommended for 5-10 minutes), rinsed well, and followed it with argan oil, then sunscreen as I plan to walk my dog later today and you MUST wear sunscreen if you’re using alpha hydroxies.
Remember that your skin care products work far more effectively if you exfoliate regularly.
And that is my fabulous brilliance for today, kitties. Man, am I brain blasted.
Love to you!

Best masque I’ve ever used: SK II.
