Shout out to all of those who minister to the armed forces today – past and present. You have a special vocation to be on the front lines of the most devastating moral struggles known to humankind. You minister today to a community of men and women who are valorized with empty gestures but left unsupported in the aftermath of shattering experience and moral injury.
