Have any of you ordered from Simply Be? They’re a UK operation but they sell to the U.S. as well. I ordered from them eons ago and found the clothing to be okay and the shipping to be very slow. But they have some very affordable basics in their catalog that appeal to me (jersey skirts, etc). and I wondered if any of you had any experience. Google isn’t telling me anything recent.
I promised I would write about how to dress up a blazing yellow t-shirt for a protest march before February 8th and I hope to get to that, but not tonight.

Delivery in the UK is usually not too bad. However I find Simply Be frustrating. The clothes look fab in the catalogue or on-line, but when they arrive they are often of poor quality and the sizes are not reliable. The one exception to this was a black five piece suit set I bought 11 years ago. The five pieces consisted of a jacket, a shell top, a pair of boot leg trousers, and 2 skirts (one mid calf and one knee length) The shell top and boot leg trousers has long gone through being well worn. The shell top in particular proved invaluable during my second pregnancy when I struggled to find anything formal enough for funerals when clerical shirts no longer buttoned over the bump. The jacket and skirts I still use from time to time.
Every so often I have a peek to see if they offer this combination again, but I suspect it had a limited appeal
