PeaceBang Product Review: Ojon Full De-tox Dry Shampoo

Finally.

Dear ones, you know how I have been looking for dry shampoos that actually work and don’t make my hair all greasy and smelly? Well, I finally found one. I bought a travel size first and was so enamored that I went ahead and purchased the big bottle. It has been a total lifesaver on days when I didn’t have time to wash my hair or style it, and it is fantastic at adding a punch of volume late in the day after I’ve been wearing a hat and have Smashy Hat Hair.

It’s $24 at Ulta or Sephora. If you know of a drugstore variety that you think is really terrific and that doesn’t have an ishy smell or white powder residue (especially noticeable on African-American heads), please do share!

If this runs out fast Imma be really mad and won’t buy it again. If it gets me through 10-12 shampoos, I would consider it money well spent.

  1. I have tried the Suave version, since I bought it with a coupon, and it works surprisingly well in a pinch. No grease, no white stuff. Not high end, but worked when I needed it.

  2. I use this stuff ‘Batiste Dry Shampoo’ http://www.batistehair.co.uk/?locale=en_GB and find it really good. Smells good, adds body, no white residue on my dark brunette hair. Not sure if you can get it in the US, but it’s pretty cheap here.

This stuff is also cheap, but was useless “Tresemme Dry Shampoo’ http://www.tresemme.com/Products/Fresh-Start/Fresh-Start-Dry-Shampoo/ – didn’t clean and left my hair tangled and stuck together like a bad mousse.

    Cheers,
    EJ
