Product Review: Fiber Harmony from Organic India

I know that clergy don’t have anything so mundane as BOWELS, let alone issues like Irritable Bowel Syndrome or anything so EARTHLY, but I thought I’d pass this along for you to recommend to others. 😉

For those who may have a wee touch of the IBS, it is important to learn the difference between soluble and insoluble fiber. PeaceBang has heard (just heard, of course, she wouldn’t go so far as to discuss her OWN digestive issues in public, would she?) that if one takes some insoluble fiber before every meal, this can help the tum-tum immeasurably.

This product, Organic India Fiber Harmony, is totally organic and contains not only the expected psyllium husk powder (the form of soluble fiber in most OTC products) but aloe vera leaf and marshmallow root to help soothe the digestive tract. It is not difficult to drink and has worked absolute wonders for … OH, just someone PeaceBang HEARD ABOUT.

This SOMEONE is hoping that with a few more weeks on this stuff, she might actually be able to enjoy coffee again.

PeaceBang is never paid in product or money for her endorsements.

  1. I also know no one who had problems of the pipes, but “my friend” finds green smoothies several days a week to help. My “friend” also found the reducing dairy seems to really help the phlegm problem. It’s makes biking with “her” much more pleasant, and avoids the gross mid-prayer cough-hack
