Pants That Scare, Pants That Inspire

walking-short.jpg I fear. I mean, perhaps with a fitted jacket and great wedge sandals, but only on the under 35 set, please.

dressy-shorts.jpg Lord have mercy, avert your eyes. We can only hope that this heinous little trend is gone, baby, gone.

NEVER, EVER, EVER. For ministry, I mean. What you want to do at the grocery store or in the garden or on your beach vacation is your own business.

Ah, salvation! Gorgeous, elegant, fabulous for spring and summer. Should skim the foot, not drown it, and should be paired with a fitted top to balance out the width on the bottom of the leg. LOVE!!!

  1. Those last pants are a tad short unless your legs are thin and two miles long. I’d say wear them a touch longer for a sleeker line. [Right. If she wasn’t wearing such an incredibly high heel, they’d be perfect!! – PB]

  2. I SO hope those short/pant things are gone this summer. And I do love those last pants. But I have to confess that the cargo capris appeal to me as day-off pants. Obviously not with those shoes (I never wear flat sandals, or really flat anything, anyway), but still. Especially if I have a day off and plans outside my town, those would be perfect (ironed, of course).

Might I ask where you saw the middle and last pants? I clearly have shopping to do….

  3. I’m with Teri. Where may I find Pants #3? (Please say they are available in sized larger than 14!
