Hey fellas, stuck in a color rut?
I saw a lot of this in New York, and it’s just plain handsome: French blue with olive green.

It is indeed a nice combo. Unlike the white shoes with the dark hose on the woman on the right-hand side of the photo. Oops.
ye gads, that’s probably very chic right now, but my mother would say, “WHAT? WHITE PUMPS? Before Memorial Day?” To which I would answer, “White pumps, EVER?”
I don’t like it. Nothing says “unimaginative middle manager” to me more than that color combination, unless it is khakis and a blue button down shirt.
I always say that the magic color for men is French blue. It’s transformational! I’ve never seen a man look terrible in a French blue shirt. It’s like the fabric distant cousin to Clinique’s “Black Honey” lip gloss. Every man should own one. And work it, brotha, work it!
