Special Event Make-Up Tutorial?

HEY CHICKENS,
Quick question. You know how I feel about people getting all dressed up and then not doing any special grooming, right? To me it’s the equivalent of making a fabulous meal for guests and then not putting out the tablecloth or setting a beautiful table. A failure of specialness, beauty and “making all things ready!”

(I’m yelling because I’m tired and that’s how I keep up my energy!)

I can’t do a tutorial on how to trim your beard and give yourself a haircut, shave and/or facial, but I can do a Special Event Make-Up For Ministers Tutorial on video if you but ask. But if you don’t ask, I won’t do it. Because I’m tired!

Love you! MWAH!

  1. I’d say don’t do it ‘cos you’re tired. Don’t try to squeeze something else into the frantic pre-Christmas rush. Maybe do it between Christmas and New Year, or just find a decent one on YouTube and link to that. I’m sure there’s a million out there already.

  2. Eleanorjane is right. If you do it, do it when it would be fun for you and just yet another thing you must get done.

  3. I’d appreciate it, but agree w/Eleanorjane and Laura–if it’s another thing on your to do list that’s not satisfying and life-giving, I can wait!

  4. I would like to add my vote to the “Please! But only if and when it is life-giving for you” train of thought.

  5. Add me to the “Please when it’s convenient” list, with an extra dose of “How to do evening eyes that don’t look like Lady Gaga after a paintball game.”
