We thought this was pretty funny. This is my colleague Hank and me at our monthly clergy gathering today. No one else got the memo about wearing plaid:

Because you're in the public eye, and God knows you need to look good.
Only the Hank could look so fab in plaid pants. [Only Hank should be allowed out of the house in plaid pants! That boy knows how to dress. He looked amazing. AND he’s Scottish, so there’s a genetic predisposition. – PB]
that makes me so happy!
This kind of thing happens all the time at my office! There’ll be a group of people in an elevator, or in front of the ladies’ room mirrors, or in a conference room, and we’re all in the same color palette. Shades of seventh grade and “What are YOU wearing today? Let’s all wear our acid-washed jeans and hot-pink hoodies!”
This happens to me and my coworkers too, not just us but the whole congregation. There are days when there is a disproportionate representation of one color. I work on the presumption that there are numerous factors, including the season, weather and mood of the day that influence color selection. Some days are just more blue than others. I look forward to the syncopy when we match in tone.
