Preach! Lately I’ve been attending many conferences, workshops, etc. and having to sit through a person who is not prepared is irritating on so many levels. Yes, I know life is busy. Yes, I know you may not get enough sleep but for the love of all that is good and holy SHOW UP and BE READY TO LEAD. Sorry for the shouty capital letters. It’s been that kind of day.
