Once I get the scarf wrapped, it feels like a comfortable crown, keeps my hair out of my face, earned me compliments both times I've worn it so. Getting the scarf wrapped is a 10-minute struggle. I hope to refine my technique with practice-- still totally worth it to have my hair totally out of my face all day long (my hair is very fine and slips out of clips, barettes, hair bands, bobby pins, ponytail holders, etc) and feel like I'm wearing a gypsy-crown.
