The pastor wore a black shirt, with a black tie, with a 6" Grinch on the tie. The only thing that got me through the experience of hearing this was knowing I could tell Peacebang about it. [<em>NO!! NO!! Which leads me to wonder: does the minister's wearing a Grinch tie during a baptism have a deleterious effect on the sacrament? You can just hear God saying, "Well, the officiant is obviously of Satan, but I'll still take the baby 'cause it's not her fault." LOL!! We had an acolyte at our Lessons and Carols service last night in sandals with wooden heels. *CLOP CLOP CLOP CLOP* Land's End, although sometimes verging on frumpy, has some longer A-line skirts that have some length but not too much volume. Paired with a blouse or somewhat-fitted sweater, they look great with knee-high boots. Nice, long, lean line! [<em>YES! That's the key! Too much volume is what "frumpifies." </em>] Heh.
